A.T. Augusta Ambulatory Care Center-Fairfax is a family clinic of Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), formerly Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, which serves the communities of Annandale, Centreville, Fairfax, and Vienna, as well as parts of Burke and West Springfield. Patients must be registered with A.T. Augusta-Fairfax prior to seeking care at the clinic.
Our goal in the A.T. Augusta-Fairfax is to create a patient-centered, healing environment for all enrolled and eligible military beneficiaries. Our highly-credentialed and qualified clinical and administrative staff members are focused on providing world-class healthcare services to all our patients, and we are proud to be a part of the support ATAMMC provides for our nation’s warriors (active and retired) and their families.

Walk-In/Pickup
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 social distancing procedures only 24 patients are allowed into pharmacy lobby at a time.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m., last patient check-in at 7 p.m., Saturday, 7 a.m., last patient check-in at 1 p.m.30 p.m.
Activate Your New Prescriptions
CLICK HERE to request NEW prescriptions at ATAMMC, the Exchange, Dumfries, Fairfax, and DiLorenzo pharmacies. Just fill out the information and select your desired pickup location. This option is available 24/7. If you are unable to activate your prescription online OR have a paper copy, please use the DROPBOX. The dropbox is available in the Fairfax Pharmacy lobby; place the hard copy prescription inside an envelope provided for this purpose at the dropbox. Pharmacy staff will contact you by telephone or text when your prescription is ready for pickup.
Refills
All refills must be called into the Pharmacy Audiocare refill line 1-800-377-1723. You will receive a notification when your medication is ready for pickup. Turnaround time for refill requests are 3-5 business days.
Urgent Care
A.T. Augusta-Fairfax is now offering Urgent Care services for all enrolled and/or non-enrolled TRICARE patients. For illnesses or injuries that are non-life threatening but important to manage quickly. No appointments are necessary. Walk-in services ONLY.
NOTE: The last walk-in will be 30 minutes before closing time to allow for completion of healthcare services.

Case management services are available for patients empaneled to Fairfax Health Center through referral by your Primary Care Manager (PCM).

Member Services/External Program Referral Operations (EPRO) Office
Patients who need assistance or information regarding healthcare benefits, TRICARE Online, Prime Travel, debt collections, or the TRICARE Plus program should call 571-231-4126.
Periodic Health Assessment
PHA appointments for active duty Service Members empanelled to the Fairfax and Dumfries Clinics will be conducted at the ATAMMC Joint Medical Readiness Center. This simplifies medical readiness encounters and data entry as it will be handled by subject matter experts who are familiar with readiness requirements specific to each Service Branch. Please contact 571-231-REDI (7334) with any questions or concerns.
NOTE: Third Thursday of each month, the clinic is closed from 12 to 2 p.m. for training. During that time no routine care or ancillary services (Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology) are available.
