New and Renewed Prescriptions
You will need to check-in at the Pharmacy for your prescription to be processed if your provider has submitted your prescription electronically from any Military Treatment Facility in the National Capital Region or Department of Defense. We encourage civilian prescription be submitted electronically; on a case-by-case basis paper scripts can be processed.

Our pharmacy can process any refill in the DoD system regardless of where it was written or previously filled. To refill your medication(s) please use the MHS GENESIS Patient Refill Portal or the Pharmacy Audiocare refill line. Remember, all refills should be submitted 5 business days before your prescription expires.
Turnaround time for refill requests can take up to 3 business days. Urgent prescription refill needs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be filled as soon as possible.
