DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic Pharmacy

NOTE: The DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic Pharmacy DOES NOT accept drop-off refills. Please use the Pharmacy Audiocare refill line.

New prescriptions can be dropped off with the option of being ready the next day at 10 a.m. or using the 2 hour drop-off. Urgent prescription needs will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be filled as soon as possible.

Prescription Refills

All refills must be called into the Pharmacy Audiocare refill line 1-800-377-1723. You will receive a notification when your medication is ready for pickup. Turnaround time for refill requests are 3 business days. 

Prescriptions are kept for 14 days before being returned. If the refill system reports that you have no more refills remaining, please contact your provider to request a renewal of your prescription.

  • Step 1: Call 1-800-377-1723, option 2 for pickup at an Army facility
  • Step 2: For facilities in Virginia, option 2
  • Step 3:
    • For DiLorenzo Pharmacy, option 5
  • Step 4: To refill or check the status of prescriptions, option 1
  • Step 5: Enter the last four numbers of the sponsor’s social security number, and then #
  • Step 6: Enter the eight digits of the prescription number, and #
  • Step 7:
    • To refill the prescription, option 1
    • To check the status of the prescription, option 2
    • The system will then inform you if the prescription is able to be refilled and when it will be ready

TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy (TMOP) Home Delivery

TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy is a convenient and easy way to get the prescriptions you take regularly (such as for blood pressure, cholesterol, asthma, or diabetes) because they are delivered directly to your home. Call Express Scripts at 1-877-363-1303 or visit Express Scripts Home Delivery to switch your prescription to home delivery. To obtain information on your medication coverage and co-payments please visit www.express-scripts.com/tform.

New and Renewed Prescriptions

If your provider has processed your prescription electronically from any Military Treatment Facility in the National Capital Region, you must first check-in at the Pharmacy so that your prescription may be processed.

Prescription Transfers

Prescriptions from outside the National Capitol Region must be transferred into the system before they can be filled. Please bring your medications with their prescription labels to the pharmacy to initiate the transfer process. Please allow up to 3 business days to complete the transfer.

Medication Counseling

Medication counseling from a Pharmacist is available by appointment. This counseling exists to inform you of any potential interactions between the medications you are taking. Requests for counseling can be made either by phone or by visiting the pharmacy. Please be sure to bring a list of any medications you are taking that have not been issued to you by a military pharmacy in the National Capitol Region, also include any over-the-counter medications or herbal/dietary supplements.
