Referrals and Authorizations

The Integrated Referral Management and Appointment Call Center (IRMAC) can assist you with scheduling your appointment by contacting IRMAC at 1-855-227-6331 or 1-855-CAPMED1 from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to book your next appointment.

NOTE: A referral MUST be obtained after being see at a civilian urgent care facility. If no referral is obtained, cost for care will be covered under the Point-of-Service (POS) option, and you will pay higher out-of-pockets costs.

Have COVID-19 Symptoms?
Stay at home and call the MHS Nurse Advice Line. A registered nurse will help assess your symptoms. If needed, a virtual visit can be coordinated with a healthcare provider. The Nurse Advice Line provides health care support to TRICARE beneficiaries 24/7.
