The most recent appropriations for the Department of War expired at 11:59 p.m. EST on September 30, 2025. Military personnel will continue in a normal duty status without pay until such time as a continuing resolution or appropriations are passed by Congress and signed into law. Civilian personnel not engaged in excepted activities will be placed in a non-work, non-pay status.

Pathology Services update for Active Duty Members

Date: 2/9/2021

Beginning Tuesday, February 9, 2021, all Active Duty Services members should report to the Joint Medical Readiness Clinic (JMRC) for routine phlebotomy and specimen collection tests. 

The JMRC is located on the 3rd Floor of the Sunrise Pavilion, Reception 2. 

Phlebotomy and specimen collections will be conducted at JMRC during the clinic’s normal hours of operation. 

The Pathology Department will service all Active Duty Members that choose to visit FBCH beyond the JMRC normal hours of operation.
