MHS GENESIS Patient Portal

The MHS GENESIS Patient Portal is a secure patient portal, available 24/7, that gives you access to your MHS electronic health record and lets you interact securely with your health care team. Through the patient portal, you can:

• View and download your health data.
• Book or cancel appointments.
• Request prescription refills and renewals.
• View clinical notes and certain lab and test results.
• Exchange secure messages with your health care team.
• Complete a pre-visit questionnaire.
• Look up health information related to your health concerns, results, and prescriptions.

Getting Started
