DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic
Civilian Occupational Health
Civilian Programs
Blood Pressure Checks
Occupational Health Nurses are available for routine blood pressure monitoring and counseling from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. No appointment necessary, just come to the Clinic and ask for the Occupational Health Nurse on Duty.
Flu Shots
Flu shots are conducted in the fall/winter for all eligible employees by the Allergy/Immunizations Clinic.
Handicapped Parking Evaluations
Employees requesting handicapped parking privileges are required to submit a written letter from their private physician specifying the precise nature of the condition, how far the patient is able to ambulate, any assistive devices (cast, crutches, canes, walker, oxygen, etc), the projected duration of the handicap, and whether the patient is allowed to drive. The letter should be typed or legibly written on letterhead by a medical doctor with his/her original signature. It should be noted that a DMV handicapped parking placard or sticker is not sufficient justification to warrant handicapped parking privileges at the Pentagon. Bring your physician’s letter to the clinic and we will issue you an authorization for the parking permit.
