Patient Relations/Advocate

Patient Relations is here to ensure patient concerns and suggestions are properly addressed. The staff will assist patients with any situation in which hospital staff may be unable to provide immediate resolution.

Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), formerly Fort Belvoir Community Hospital, strives to provide the best healthcare programs available to beneficiaries, and patient feedback is a key element to continuous improvement in our services. Patient concerns are always important, and we encourage feedback through the Interactive Customer Evaluations (ICE), our Vital Signs program, or in person to our staff.
