IRMAC Call Center Update!

We’ve implemented a temporary solution to support you while the main IRMAC Call Center remains down. 

You can now call our temporary IRMAC Call Center number at 301-400-0240 for assistance with appointments and care coordination.

Please Note: You may experience longer than normal wait times as we work to restore full service. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We would like to inform you that the Integrated Referral Management & Appointing Center (IRMAC) is currently experiencing an unexpected outage. As a result, the IRMAC Call Center (855-227-6331) is temporarily unavailable.

In the meantime, the front desk staff at ATAMMC Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics clinics are available to assist you with scheduling appointments. You may also reach your provider or care team through the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal.

Please use the following numbers to schedule an appointment directly:

  • Family Medicine: 571-231-1803
  • Internal Medicine: 571-231-1022
  • Pediatrics: 571-231-1015
