Referral Management
Referral Management oversees the referral process for TRICARE Prime Beneficiaries enrolled to the DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic. This service is provided to ensure that our valued beneficiaries receive referral appointments in a timely manner according to appropriate guidelines and regulations.
From the date your consult is given by your primary care manager (PCM), please allow 2 business days before calling to schedule your appointment. DON'T WAIT to call for your appointment. Your consult expires 28 days after it is given by your PCM.
The following DPHC specialty clinics can be contacted directly for your referral appointment. Cardiology, Adult Behavioral Health (Defense Stress Management), Minor Surgery, Optometry, Physical Exams, Physical Therapy, and Podiatry. Please call 703-692-8810, option 6, option 4.

The Integrated Referral Management and Appointment Call Center (IRMAC) can assist you with scheduling your appointment by contacting IRMAC at 1-855-227-6331 or 1-855-CAPMED1 from 6:30 a.m.-8 p.m. to book your next appointment.

Note: A referral MUST be obtained after being see at a civilian urgent care facility. If no referral is obtained, cost for care will be covered under the Point-of-Service (POS) option, and you will pay higher out-of-pockets costs.
Beneficiary Counseling and Assistance Coordination
This service is available to provide information concerning DiLorenzo Pentagon Health Clinic services and benefits offered at the Pentagon. If you have questions or would like information please call 703-614-4073.
Claims
This service is offered to DPHC beneficiaries who are currently enrolled and seeking assistance with claim issues. The Claims office is located in the DPHC, Room 241. If you have questions or would like additional information please call 703-614-4073.
