The Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, an independent national nonprofit watchdog focused on patient safety. Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 performance measures reflecting errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.

Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC), under the leadership of Dr. Pramvir Verma, introduced a pioneering solution - Epkinly, a monoclonal antibody anticancer medication used for the treatment of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. Unveiled at ATAMMC, it serves as a beacon of hope for patients who have not responded to previous treatments.
