Exciting news from A.T. Augusta Military Medical Center Outpatient Pharmacy!

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Introducing our brand new Pharmacy Rapid Lane - your dedicated express route for prescription pickups! The Rapid Return for Pickup (RR4P) lanes are for patients using our Q-Anywhere system to pick our medications. Once the medication is filled, patients receive the text that it is ready. They will return to the pharmacy, show the greeter or concierge the message, and then proceed to the Rapid Return for Pickup Lane.

Medical Center Breaks New Medical Ground in Thyroid Treatment Therapy

FORT BELVOIR, Va. — Talented physicians from the Ear, Nose, and Throat Medical Service Team at the Alexander T. Augusta Military Medical Center (ATAMMC) achieved a significant milestone by successfully performing one of the first thyroid nodule ablations in the military health system. This groundbreaking procedure showcases the team's extensive training and proficiencies, and represents a major advancement in the field of thyroid medical treatment. This significant advancement in thyroid treatment within the military health system ensures that a greater number of patients at the medical center will now have access to state-of-the-art treatment options.

Augusta Military Medical Center’s first baby of 2024 was born Monday, January 1st, 2024 at 5:54 a.m. to proud parents Air Force Senior Airmen Matthew and Mrs. Nicole Greely. Weighing in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces, Little Miss Scottie Greely entered the world and claimed the title of “First Baby of 2024".
